Update Contact Information (Office)

In order to update your Office Location and Phone information directly from the Portal you can follow these steps:

Log onto the My.SUNYUlster.edu Portal and click on the Human Resources Tab.




Click the "Update Addresses and Phones" in the "Personal Information" Tab.


You will see, by default the addresses you currently have in Banner.

If there is no campus address and you would like to add one click here.

If your Current Campus Address is incorrect or requires update click "Current"



Make the necessary changes.

When entering a Building and Room please remember to use the 3 letter building code and do not put a space
between the Building and Room Number.

click "Submit" at the bottom.

To change your Phone information click "Primary" to the left of the phone number.



For Phone Type select "Campus Extension"
Be sure to enter the full phone number, not just the extension.
Be sure the full 7 digit phone number resides exclusively in the "Phone Number" field and does not extend into the "Ext." field.
Do not put a dash between the first three and final four digits of the phone number.

Make the necessary changes and click "Submit" at the bottom.
