It is important to customize your voicemail box by recording your name, personal greeting, and changing your PIN.
Accessing Voicemail for the First Time
Lift your handset and dial 101.
The system will ask you to enter your personal identification number (PIN) followed by #.
The voicemail menu will be played.
Dial 52 to record your name. Record your name and then press #. You will be given the option to review, accept, or re-record your name. Press 2 to accept your recorded name.
Dial 11 to record your standard greeting. Record your greeting and then press #. You will be given the option to review, accept, or re-record your greeting. Press 2 to accept your recorded greeting.
Dial 5 to change your voicemail PIN*. Enter the default PIN of 4321 followed by #.
Enter your new desired PIN followed by #.
Re-enter your new PIN followed by #.
*You will need your old PIN to retrieve message from the old voicemail system.
Retrieving Messages from your old Voicemail Box
It is important that you check your old voicemail box to confirm that you have no new or saved messages on the old system.
You can check messages on the old system by doing the following:
