About Follow-Me Forwarding The new phone system utilizes follow-me for forwarding which allows you to control where and how your incoming calls are routed. This new call forwarding feature allows more advanced options, therefore, now requires configuration to be done through a web browser instead of the phone itself. Forwarding Calls to Another Destination Open your web browser and navigate to http://myphone.sunyulster.edu Type your extension number into the User ID field. Type your password into the Password field. *Note that your voicemail PIN is not your password. If you do not know your password, contact the OIT Help Desk. Once logged in, select the Call Forwarding tab. Click the Add Number option. Change the If no response drop-down to At the same time. Type the desired destination number into the forward to field. This can be a four digit extension or an 11 digit off-campus number (1 followed by full 10 digit number). Click the Apply button. The example below forwards all calls to extension 5555. Deleting a Call Forward Open your web browser and navigate to http://myphone.sunyulster.edu Type your extension number into the User ID field.
