Changing your Voicemail Greeting

Greeting Types
The voicemail system has three different greetings that can be used.
Stanrdard Greeting - This is the default greeting that should be used while you are in the office.
Out of Office Greeting - This is a prerecorded out-of-office greeting that can be used. You can also personalize the greeting with your own recording.
Extended Absence - This is a prerecorded extended leave greeting that can be used. You can also personalize the greeting with your own recording.

Rerecording a Standard Greeting
1. Log onto the voicemail system
2. Dial 511 to record your greeting. Record your greeting and then press #. You will be given the option to review, accept, or re-record your greeting. Press 2 to accept your recorded greeting.

Personalizing the Out of Office Greeting
1. Log onto the voicemail system
2. Dial 512 to record your greeting. Record your greeting and then press #. You will be given the option to review, accept, or re-record your greeting. Press 2 to accept your recorded greeting.

Personalizing the Extended Absence Greeting
1. Log onto the voicemail system
2. Dial 513 to record your greeting. Record your greeting and then press #. You will be given the option to review, accept, or re-record your greeting. Press 2 to accept your recorded greeting.

Selecting the Greeting to Play
1. While logged into voicemail, press *53
You now have the option to:
Press 1 to play all greeting available.
Press 2 to select the standard greeting.
Press 3 to select the out-of-office greeting.
Press 4 to select the extended absence greeting.
