Busy Lamp Fields, or BLFs, are extension speed dial keys that also allow you to monitor the idle, ringing, or busy state of the assigned extension.

BLF key can also be used to view active call information as well as pick up the ringing line.

When pressed, a BLF will speed dial the assigned extension number.

The BLF icon and LED light will change depending on the status of the assigned extension.

When idle (no call), the BLF will display the  icon and LED will be off.

When ringing, the BLF will display the  icon and the LED will flash green.

When busy, the BLF will display the  icon and the LED will be red.

When ringing, you can view call details by holding down the BLF button. You can release when the details are displayed.

The ringing call can be picked up from your phone by pressing the Pickup soft key.
