Removing a Networked Printer

General Information
It may sometimes be necessary to remove a networked printer from your computer. This could be in the event that the printer is no longer in use or the current installation of the printer may not be working correctly and needs to be reinstalled.

Removing a Printer from Windows XP
Click Start, then Printers and Faxes.
Right click the printer and left click Delete.
Click Yes.

Removing a Printer from Windows Vista and 7
Click the  (Windows) Menu, then click Printers.
Right click the printer and left click Delete.
Click Yes.
