Step 1: Open a new instance of Firefox.
Step 2: Click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the browser.
Step 3: Click on “Options”
Step 4: Click on Privacy in the left menu.
Step 5: Click on “clear your recent history”
Step 6: Make sure the checkmark options match the following picture and then click on “Clear Now”
