An email signature is a section of personalized text that is automatically inserted at the end of every email you send from the Google Apps Mail interface.
You can customize your signature by clicking the Settings link located in the top right of the Google Mail interface.
Scroll down to the Signature section.
Begin typing your personal signature in the available text box. An example signature is below:
Adjunct Instructor, SUNY Ulster
Tel 845-687-5000 | Fax 845-687-5083
firstname.lastname@example.org | www.sunyulster.edu
When finished, scroll down and click the Save Changes button.
